Exhibition ticket for Hip-Hop 2 Hit Top

posters for the Hip-Hop 2 Hit Top exhibition.

This is my own made up brief; an exhibition about the history of Hip-Hop which is called ‘Hip-Hop 2 Hit-Top’. These are series of posters for the Hip-Hop 2 hit top exhibition. 

CD cover (re-design of pussycat dolls)

covers (front and back) including CD disk re-designed changing the visual style of the original album covers ‘PUSSYCAT DOLLS’. The visual on the cover are silhouettes of the ‘PUSSYCAT DOLLS’. 

clockface

Times font

This digital clockface is mainly designed with the times font. I used a photograph of a tree and selected a section to form the background of the clockface. After I added numerals and gave it the same effect as the background.

Futura font

Here is a second digital clockface which I have made and particularly my favourite; I feel the colours work well together and also the types placing. The piece stands out and is very bold in a settle way and pleasant to the eye. To create this clockface, I have used a photograph of leaves that were in different colours showing the season changing. I then manipulated the photograph and then added numerals to go on top of the image of the leaves.

Hand rendered clockface

To create this third clockface, I used a chalk (brown) rubbing technique to produce a rough texture of a leaf for the background of the clockface, which I feel compliments the leaves that form the clock's numerals. Overall the clock in completion appears very earthy and natural looking.

Toy packaging nets

These two net design above are for the packaging design of the toy design below. Because the theme was Africa I used bright vibrant colours for the packaging . The first net design is the inside view of the packaging which is all green as it is supposed to be grass to bring a safari atmosphere. The second net design is the outside view of the packaging.

Here are my toy design which i have designed basing it on the African tribes warrior.
To design the toy I have firstly drawn the image on paper, scanned it on the computer to make it into a digital aspect and this is the final outcome
